A Bronx, NY native, Stephanie’s passion for storytelling was sparked by childhood exposure to films and TV shows like Crooklyn, Poetic Justice, Moesha, and Sister, Sister. These cultural touchstones ignited her dream of creating impactful stories that resonate globally while honoring local communities.

Her journey into the media world began in high school when a field trip to MTV Studios and an invitation to join the TRL audience gave her a front-row seat to the entertainment industry. Stephanie went on to become a regular at TRL and 106 & Park, eventually landing an assistant stylist role on those iconic shows. This experience marked her full-circle moment and set the stage for her evolving career.

Stephanie’s expertise spans across marketing and production, having collaborated with top-tier brands such as Adidas, Savage X Fenty, , The NFL, and VICE Media.

After gaining invaluable experience working behind the scenes, Stephanie realized her entrepreneurial vision and founded DWYLP to lead her own projects, create opportunities for diverse talent, and drive cultural impact. As Executive Producer, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality productions that amplify stories from marginalized communities while maintaining a focus on inclusivity and innovation.
